2018 NCHA Breeders Incentive

The fifth annual Breeders Incentive got underway this morning at the AELEC.  24 Stallions have nominated and 8 fly the flag for Select Sires.

The Breeders Incentive began in 2014 and is specifically designed to showcase the progeny of cutting stallions.  Not only does it provide the opportunity to allow progeny to exhibit the temperament, skill and ability passed on by the sire, it gives mare owners the chance to evaluate the breeding benefit of the nominated stallions.

With a guaranteed $5,000 added by the NCHA and the majority of the Stallion Nomination fee going to the purse, the prize money for the four aged events has reached an estimated $40,000 annually, making it a top shelf event.
