Yaven Smooth Sailing, yet another successful horse that has gone through both the Matt Moffat Performance Horses program & Nutrien Classic Sale.
“Sailor” was purchased by Erica Hanrahan for $16,000 at the Nutrien Classic in 2019 as a 2yo Stallion. He headed to Matt’s and returned in 2021 as a gelding and performed brilliantly. Not only did they finish 2nd in The Classic, they finished 8th in the Gelding Incentive. He then sold for $30,000.
Today he won the 2021 Clarke Creek Futurity with Pete Comiskey.
