The 2021 Warwick Gold Cup Will never be forgotten in the Young family because it marks time. On Sunday October 30 Marnies Destiny competed for the very last time.
Marnies competition record is 2nd to none, too immense to list here, but as previous winner of the Warwick Stallion draft, Canning Downs & highest overall aggregate in the Cup/Cannings it seemed only fitting that the hallowed grounds of Warwick should be his last hoorah!
We’re going to miss seeing him, but rest assured we’re never going to forget him, the success of his progeny means his legacy will carry on forever.
Enjoy your retirement Marnie, you’ve certainly earned it and on the back of your win of the Dalby Open (91 89) in September at age 23, you’re going out on top!
