Some days are diamonds and some days are stone.
After an incredible few months in the breeding barn covering over 70 mares, Eldorrio was primed and ready for competition. The Futurity circuit beckoned and Ben & Jaye were excited.
We feel for them, finding out today that he has suffered a sesamoid fracture that will see him confined to the stable for the next 3 months. Hopefully he will mend quickly and will still manage to get to some drafts later in the year.

On a more positive note, Eldorrio’s foals already on the ground are outstanding. Just look at them.
