Hugh Miles ticks another thing off his bucket list

Congratulations to Hugh Miles and Peelvale Wishes (by Conductor) decisive winners of the 2018 Royal Easter Show World Championship Campdraft and recipient of the Duke of Gloucester Perpetual trophy.

Of the six rounds Hugh won three out of six with scores of 91, 91 & 90 and a second place in the final with a 91.5.

As if this wasn’t exciting enough Wish’s sire Conductor also won the same event with Warwick Lawrence in 2008.  Hugh Miles Breeding & Performance Horses said, “it’s a proud moment to see Conductor’s progeny performing to the standard he set before them.”

The 2018 World Champions, Hugh & Peel Vale Wishes. Held over six nights, the World Series Campdraft consists of few of the most elite campdrafters in the sport.Wishes, like her father (Conductor) gave it all she had over the six rounds of competition winning 3/6 rounds with scores of 91, 91 & 90 & a second place with a 91.5. Conductor also won this very event with Warwick Lawrence in 2008 so it’s a proud moment to see his progeny performing to the standard he set before them.
