The 2017 Chinchilla Grandmother Clock Ladies winner is Jaye Hall and her phenomenal mare Eltorrio (by Daley’s Playrio). Eltorrio is the current ACA Open Horse of the Year and just keeps getting better and better. Congratulations Jaye and to all placegetters.
