Steve Smith and the year that was

Steve Smith is a seasoned competitor who made the decision last year to turn Pro.  With a great group of clients around him and some “Very cool” 2 yo & 3 yo’s in training, the transition has been extremely rewarding.  Success has been plentiful for Steve with the highlight being Co-Champion of the Comet River Cutting Futurity on Grant & Maxine Ambrose’s gelding Air Time.

2020 has been a challenging year for everyone, but Steve is extremely grateful for the support shown to him by his clients!  Like everyone else he’s itching to get back into the Cutting pen to pick up where he left off last year!

Steve reminds us that the Breakers are starting to roll in, they’re early this year, and that’s a great thing as it will give them a head start in their training.
